About these terms

These terms apply to purchases made from TATTERSALL FAMILY LIMITED, Kirkwood Wilson Ltd, Unit 2a Swordfish Close, Burscough, Ormskirk, Lancashire, United Kingdom, L40 8IW. Contact: aigooe@outlook.com.

Orders and contract formation

Product listings are invitations to place an order. After you submit an order, we may send an acknowledgement. A binding contract is formed when we accept the order or dispatch the goods. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance, including for pricing errors, unavailable stock, suspected fraud or delivery restrictions, and will refund any amount taken for the cancelled order.

Prices and payment

Prices and available currencies are shown at checkout. Applicable delivery charges and taxes are displayed before payment where they can be calculated. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied is accurate.

Products and delivery

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately; colours and appearance may vary by display. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Risk passes to a consumer when the goods are delivered to the consumer or a nominated recipient, subject to applicable law.

Returns and statutory rights

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Acceptable use and liability

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use the service unlawfully. We do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law. Subject to that restriction, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

These terms and any contractual or non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer resident elsewhere may retain any mandatory rights and may be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when an order is accepted will apply to that order.
